Q: Is there a deposit required?
A: Yes — you can either pay at full when booking, or split into 2 payments - the first is paid when booking, and the second is due 30 days before check‑in.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, Venmo, and personal checks for direct bookings.
Q: Can I get an early check-in?
A: Early check-in is sometimes available if the condo isn’t booked the night before. Just ask — we’ll do our best to make it happen. Check in is after 4 p.m.
Q: Can I rent chairs and an umbrella?
A: Yes! Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available right on the beach through local vendors. You’ll see them set up daily during peak season.
Q: What is provided in the condo?
A: We provide bath towels, linens, Hair dryer, travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, basic soaps
Q: Do you provide beach towels?
A: We provide bath towels and linens, but we recommend bringing your own beach towels for sand and pool use.
Q: Can I bring my tiny crate-trained, non-barking, non-shedding perfect dog?
A: We love dogs, but unfortunately, our condos are strictly no-pets allowed per HOA rules — no exceptions, even for the perfect ones!
Q: What kind of coffee maker do you have?
A: Each condo has a Keurig! We do not provide k-cups, coffee, or filters.
Q: What if an amenity (like the pool) is closed?
A: We can’t refund for amenities that are closed for maintenance or other reasons, but we’ll keep you updated on anything that might affect your stay.
